This one is truly amazing! Just look at the colors, painting, the decals etc, everything is really nice. more to find the C 40 frame in this condition as many of these frames had some issues with the painting that did not keep well. The frameset is truly wonderful condition.
The frame comes with the headset(ahead model) This painting is very pretty indeed. The first generation had the steel fork designed for the non a-head headset. It comes with the original colnago carbon fork. This is the second generation of the the long C40 family. Even if the Master family is very special for all Colnago lovers. Of course C 40 is much lighter and stiffer than the Masters. Basicly the C40 frame is the continuation of the Master family with the profiled tubes slightly similar to the Master tubes. This lovely C40 frome is the first model of the Colnago family totally made of carbon and produced in big quantity. This is absolutely fantastic frameset coming directly from Milano Italy. For example, this includes bikes with major dents, carbon fiber damage, excessive drivetrain wear, and/or moderate to significant suspension component wear.Colnago C40 carbon frameset. We do not sell bikes that we rate lower than 6 on the condition scale. If the bike has suspension, those components will have scratches and scuffs. Handlebars, stem, derailleurs, and levers show moderate scuffing or scratches, and the saddle might have slight tears. The drivetrain has moderate to heavy wear. Carbon frames may have been previously damaged, but have been professionally repaired and are structurally sound. Aluminum, steel, and titanium frames may have minor dents. While the frame and wheels will have cosmetic scuffs, scratches, and/or paint loss, they will not be structurally damaged. 7/10 Rating: Goodīikes in this range are well-loved and have moderate wear. Cockpit, saddle, and suspension lowers (where applicable) will also have cosmetic scuffs and scratches. The drivetrain will have wear from normal usage and there will be slight scratches and scuffs on derailleurs, shifters, and levers. Wheels will also have minor cosmetic damage on rims, spokes, and/or hubs.
The frame will have slight paint loss, scratches, and/or scuffs. To earn a rating in this range, bicycles have sustained some wear but no significant damage. Bikes with suspension components have minor scuffs and scratches on the fork legs and shock, and the stanchions are immaculate. The cockpit has light wear, primarily on the grips or handlebar tape. The drivetrain shows light wear but the derailleurs, shifters, and levers have not sustained any damage. Frame and wheels show slight signs of wear with only minor scuffs and scratches - no paint chipping. While these bikes have been ridden, they remain in excellent condition.
Drivetrain, levers, cockpit, and suspension (where applicable) are in new condition. The frame and wheels might have minor blemishes or scuffs from transportation or showroom display.
